Description Job Summary: (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned):

Responsible for all facets of Company’s Mid-Atlantic commodity price risk. Will transact physical and financial instruments in the wholesale gas and power markets, in addition to supporting the origination of structured transactions. The role requires a successful track record trading PJM power including Eastern load zones, Henry hub gas contracts, and Eastern gas basis contracts. The role also requires experience with power plant hedging and optimization. The position will work closely with other commercial groups within company to support the overall management of the regional power asset portfolio. Responsible for trading and managing all commodity price exposure, pricing, executing, and optimizing all major types of electric energy structures. Works closely with Regulatory Affairs and Market Design functions to understand and develop positions and plans of action on all relevant market rules and rule makings. Will coordinate and support middle office in developing and maintaining risk reports that accurately reflect Company’s commodity price exposures, develop trading and origination strategies to provide incremental margin.

ETRM BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST

POSITION SUMMARY

The ETRM Business System Analyst\Programmer will provide front-line support and problem analysis for RightAngle. Key activities are to manage the relationship with business users, and support software integrations, configuration, upgrade, testing, troubleshooting, enhancement and bug fixing.

The ETRM Business System Analyst must have strong analytical scale and ability to learn and understand business operation, understand the urgency of issues, drive and own tasks until completed. He \she must be a team player, and work with the rest of ETRM system team to support Company commercial applications.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide safe and efficient transportation of crude oil products via tank truck. Assure accurate measurement of crude oil by properly applying API gauging and sampling standards. Meet established transport productivity requirements. Demonstrate the ability to operate a hydraulic pump system in a safe manner. Use supplied communications tools, including a laptop computer with data entry and GPS system software to proficiently transfer field data to crude accounting. Prepare run tickets, vehicle inspection records, trip reports and electronic driver logs in strict adherence with all Company and agency-required environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. Maintain strict adherence to all DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations and standards. Transportation Training Coordinator

Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Training Coordinator is responsible for assessing and coordinating training to meet regulatory compliance within the Crude Transportation Division for DOT (FMCSA), EPA and OSHA requirements and corporate EHS policies and procedures. The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing a CRCT training matrix. This includes developing training materials, evaluating training programs, scheduling training, delivering programs, and recordkeeping. Effective training is to be provided for new hires, periodic and refresher levels through classroom training, individual training, field training exercises and other media for employees at all levels to maintain employee qualifications and develop highly skilled employees. Areas of training will include, but are not necessarily limited to: General Awareness, Function Specific, Safety, Hazard Communications, Security, First Aid/CPR, and Spill Response. Assist and support the investigation of accidents, injuries and spills to identify trends and incorporate corrective actions into training. Assist transportation managers, supervisors and CRCT safety specialists with training, compliance and safety related functions as needed.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree, or relevant transportation, training, and/or program administration experience, or combination of education and experience preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in the records management and administration of DOT compliance programs required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Federal regulations relating to the transportation of Hazardous Materials required

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • With degree, 5 years of relevant experience required; without degree, minimum of 10 years relevant work experience required

  • Responsible for the overall DOT compliance of the fleet and ensure it meets requirements to transport hazardous materials of various commodities.
  • Bring an innovative and effective method to coordinate, schedule, and facilitate the day to day training solutions
  • Maintain current and accurate training records for all CRCT employees
  • Evaluate training to ensure it provides ongoing value
  • Provide training solutions via classroom training, individual training, web based training and tailgate safety meetings, email messages, monthly and weekly safety mailers

  • Assist in accident/incident investigation to identify trends, implementing corrective actions through training solutions for vehicle accidents, employee injuries and spills
  • Maintain files for all vehicle accidents and vehicle accident register for all DOT recordable or non-recordable accidents
  • Manage the Learning Management System for CRCT (LMS/Training Mine)
  • Conduct new hire orientation for all CRCT personnel
  • Assist with planning and conducting of periodic response exercises for Trucking
  • Participate in Safety, Education and Training committee meetings
